Overview: The two conferences will focus on the transition of youth with different abilities into adulthood.

Who should attend these conferences: Transition-aged youth and young adults with disabilities, their family members, transition specialists, educators, vocational professionals, caregivers, health care professionals, college students pursuing careers in special education, and community advocates.

MEET SHELBI DAVENPORT!!

Shelbi Davenport earned a Bachelor of Science in University Studies-Leadership from Texas A&M University in 2020. She became a certified People Planning Together Trainer in 2016 and is currently fulfilling her dream by teaching at Texas A&M to help others achieve success in life. 

Shelbi is recognized across the nation for her strong advocacy on behalf of individuals labeled by society, helping them discover their rightful position within the community. With a vast array of personal experiences, outstanding training abilities, and the creation of her own training programs, Shelbi has established herself as a prominent figure in leadership, public speaking, and planning.
